1. Returns

Due to the nature of our product (Ayurvedic hair oil), we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

• Damaged product

• Incorrect product delivered

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
